How are funds used?

Your generous support of our fundraiser will help support the Stafford County Sheriff's Office local D.A.R.E. (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) program and Special Olympics.  The D.A.R.E. program is offered to all 5th grade students in Stafford County and is taught by Deputies that specialize in D.A.R.E education. 

The Sheriff's Office also partners with Special Olympics to help raise awareness and funds for their program.  Special Olympics is more than just sports.  Special Olympics uses proceeds to help athletes with medical, dental, and vision screenings and care.
