About

Dear Friends,

Magnificat is pleased to partner with Dean's Greenhouse for our Annual Seeds of Service Plant Sale.  Please consider purchasing all of your annual plants, herbs and vegetables through this site and Magnificat’s Seeds of Service Horticulture Club will receive a portion of every sale.

Choose from a great selection of annuals, vegetables, herbs and hanging baskets - all grown locally at Dean's Greenhouse located in Westlake, Ohio.  Also available are 2lb. ($10) and 60lb ($40) sacks of premium organic compost from Full Cycle Organics. Sacks of compost sold separately. If you are interested, please email me at Ktigue@maghs.org separately to order.

The sale runs through April 24 and orders will be available on May 7 & 8 at Magnificat High School. NOTE: We will provide a contact-free environment to pick up your order. The pick-up date is subject to move depending on the status of the virus and keeping our staff safe. You will be notified if the date changes.

Thank you on behalf of the Magnificat Seeds of Service Club.

How are funds used?

Through your generosity, we are able to continue to introduce young women to the extraordinary world of horticulture.

Funds raised will help with the purchase of plants, gardening tools, lectures and field trip opportunities. The Seeds of Service Club has proudly donated up to 220 lbs. last year to the local Meals on Wheels program, DVCAC and provided farm to table freshness to our own cafeteria.

Working with nature provides mental, social and spiritual benefits - life skills and lessons the girls can take with them wherever they go.

Please don't hesitate to contact me if you need help choosing the right plants for you.

Thank you,
